I'm Michael Boensch — a Registered Nurse with two decades across home health, hospice, and emergency medicine, and a licensed Realtor with Homestead & Co. Realty. I founded OSTC LLC because I watched too many families make irreversible decisions without anyone in the room who truly understood both the clinical realities and the housing landscape.
